We follow the highest safety standards during Covid 19n
Because it takes time to disinfect, clean and prepare a safe space. We have changed somensafety protocols and the way the clinic works to keep you safe.nnHere is a list of some of the precautions we have taken to protect you:
SAFETY GUIDELINES FOR PATIENTS
- Personalized arrival, we will provide you with a plastic bag to introduce your belongings, a disposable cap and shoe covers prior hand sanitizing.
- We require a mask to be worn by all patients upon entering the office.
- Companions should wait outside the clinic. u00a0Does not apply to children and people with special needs.
- A member of our team will take your temperature, if you register it high, your appointment will be rescheduled.
- If you have a cold/flu, let us know so we can reschedule.
- We suggest to not use accessories as jewelry, etc during your consultation.
- Before any treatment, Hydrogen Peroxide oral rinse is provided to all patients for 1 min to reduce exposure to germs.
- Payment arrangements in advance to avoid delays and allow contactless exit from the appointment.
SAFETY GUIDELINES FOR STAFF
- PERSONAL PROTECTION. The clinical staff use equipment like glasses, gloves, protective visors, disposable caps, disposable shoe covers, gowns, masks, all of this are protocols we have implemented to reduce or eliminate airborne aerosols during all dental treatments.
- SAFE PROCEDURES: reduction of aerosols dissipated during procedures, such as ultrasonic scaling.
- Hand hygiene. The entire team wash their hands regularly for 20 seconds throughout the day, before and after every procedure.

PRECAUTIONS IN SHARED AREAS
- Several times a day we realize a disinfection procedure of equipment and office fixtures like computers, keyboards, telephones, tablets, chairs, doorknobs, and buttons that might have been touched unconsciously.
- We have removed magazines and items that can transfer germs of any kind.
- Respect social distancing.
- Each operatory cubicle is properly cleaned and disinfected between appointments, according to the dental bio-security recommendations.
- Constant cleaning of bathrooms, surfaces, floors and non-clinical areas with antiviral, antifungal and bactericidal detergent.
